My interest in photography began when I received a camera for my 9th birthday. Every penny I earned from my paper route was spent on film, flash cubes and processing. I now work professionally as a freelance stills photographer in the film industry. I lived in Los Angeles for 9 years working full time in film. I have returned home to the beloved high plains of South Dakota. I continue to travel from SD for film projects. My first love is landscape photography. When I'm not on a film set, I'm in my car traveling under a big sky towards the grasslands.... with my camera in the passenger's seat.
